For the past month, I have been planning an Easter party for the boys and all of their friends. The party was this morning and it was an absolute success! The boys loved it and all of their friends had the best time!

I sent out invitations to 15 of the boys friends. Only 2 kids couldn't make it, so we had 13.

We had muffins, fruit, water, tea and capri sun's for snacks.

I ordered crafts from Oriental Trading and all the kids really enjoyed making them.

After snacks and crafts, we had an egg hunt. I bought colored baskets and ordered filled eggs from Oriental Trading and there was enough for everyone to hunt 9 eggs. That ended up being plenty and the kids loved running after the eggs and then opening them to see what was in them.

After the egg hunt, the kids played in the backyard and then we gathered them all up for a group picture.

I packaged up peeps for the party favors and they turned out cute!

Monday was a special day. Sheldon promised Max that when he could ride his bike with out training wheels and when he could use his brake and not his feet to stop, then he would get a new bike.
Max has been practicing almost everyday and was finally ready. So, Sheldon brought him a new bike when he came home from work Monday night.

Max was thrilled!!!

Eli turned 2 months old on March 25.

* He weight about 13 pounds.
* He is in a size 1 diaper during the day and a size 2 at night. He should really be in a 2 all the time, but I have some 1's that I need to use up.
* Over the weekend, he moved up to a size 3-6 months in clothes.
* He has rolled over 1 time, on March 20.
* He sleeps 12-14 hours at night and gets up 1 time to eat.
* He is drinking 30 oz of milk a day.
* He is smiling a lot and is starting to talk and laugh.

My boys are messy. They make messes all day long and some days I just feel like all I do is sweep, vacuum, and mop.
I am so glad the weather is nice because the boys love to have picnics. It is a win win for everybody. They think I am the funnest mom and my kitchen floor stays clean.
I foresee a lot of picnics for the boys this summer!!!

We have had a good weekend. Saturday, the boys and I went to the grocery and played around at home while we waited for Sheldon to get home from work.

Sheldon got home and had to do a little more work. Then, it was time for play. We went to the park and for a walk.

Max got in a little shooting practice too.

Sunday, we got up and went to church. Eli looks thrilled, doesn't he?

After church and naps, we went outside to play. The big boys were riding bikes and Eli was lounging in his stroller.

Then, we went to the car wash. The big boys seriously love the car wash and ask all the time to go.

Max and Sheldon played Mario Kart when we got home. Max is getting pretty good and loves loves to play.

Eli is now 7 weeks old and he is doing great. He is the best little baby. He is sleeping 12 hours a night, getting up 1 time to eat and he takes a good 3 hour nap in the afternoons.
He is usually a little fussy between 5-6 at night, but the other boys are too. I think of it as the witching hour. :)

The other day, he was holding my finger and it was so sweet.

We have been spending a lot of time outside. Max is a speed man on his bike and loves to be out riding it. He cannot wait until he gets his new bike! Eli lays on a blanket and likes to look around.

Yesterday, he was fussy fussy and he was not content with anything I tried. So, I went to the box with all of the boys Easter presents and gave him one. He was content after that. I told Sheldon that he just needed a little gift to make him feel better. :)

Sheldon has started working his summer hours, which is not time off ever. So that gets a little old, but he is good to surprise me to let me know he is thinking about me. These came yesterday and really brightened up my day!
