Fall Treats

One day after Max's nap, while Crocker was still sleeping, we made fall treats for our friends.

Max was such a good helper! He was in charge of unwrapping Hershey's Kisses.

He took his job very seriously and managed to eat a few as well!

We took pretzels and placed a Hershey's Kiss on top. Then, we put them in the oven on a low heat for about 4 minutes. When they came out of the oven, I put a candy corn or an m&m on top of the melted chocolate.

We packaged them up and delivered them to our friends.

Pics

Sheldon and I took the boys out one afternoon to try and get a good picture of the two of them.
I think we might have gotten one out of about 100 that I thought was good.
Here are a few that aren't so bad!

Big Brother Trip (part 3)

After we left the Zoo, we went to the Space Museum. It was so fun and the boys loved it! There were so many hands on activities for the boys (and Sheldon) to take part in.

They played with bubbles and water.

They rode on a tractor.

They pretended they were fireman.

They played with these magnets.

Sheldon used this spinner and turned the boys around and around.

Sheldon got to ride a segway.

They pretended they were ice skaters and spun around and around.

The boys loved loved this big train that was set up.

Sheldon and Max looked at a type of oil pump that he works on sometimes.

They also got in a tornado simulator.

We ate dinner at a Hibachi Restaurant and then it was back to the hotel.

The next day we got cupcakes, shopped a little, and then headed home. We had such a fun trip with our 2 boys and cannot wait to add a 3rd boy into the mix!!!

Big Brother Trip (part 2)

The boys were so excited to go to the zoo. We got there when they opened and stayed almost 4 hours. I don't even think we saw everything!
We were pretty easy going on our trip which explains why Max is eating a sucker at about 9am. ha!

We decided to ride the kiddie train and it actually took us into an exhibit with deer.

The boys played on these things that look like what the chimps have in their habitat.

The zoo had a brand new elephant habitat that just opened. We were glad we got to see it!

Sheldon took the boys on the paddle boats. Crocker liked it and Max complained the entire time.

They rode the carousel. That is one of their favorite things!

When we were almost ready to leave, we rode the tram around the park. We were able to see exhibits that we missed.
