New Punishment

Max has been a holy terror today. He learned to climb out of his crib, refused to take a nap, turned the tv in him playroom over onto the floor, scrapped was out of the inside of a candle and this was all before 3:00pm.

I have tried time out, swatting him on the hand or the behind, sending him to his room and nothing really works. He really does not care about any of it, so I tried this today. He had his nose in the corner 2 different times.

Next Project

Sheldon's latest project has been to build a table for his welder. One of his friends gave him a bunch of steel pieces that his uncle had given to him. Sheldon really put them to good use.

Chores

We have started giving Max a few little chores.
He puts his cup/bowl into the sink when he is done with it.
He helps pick up the toys in his playroom.
He hangs up his school stuff and jacket.

Just for fun, he sometimes gets to sweep the floor.

P Corn

Popcorn accidentally got locked out the other day for a few hours. I went to take a nap and called for him. He did not come and I thought he was just looking out the window. Sheldon left and saw him outside, but did not know that I had gone to lay down. He was so glad to get back inside.
He is still so cute and I am so glad to have him. His birthday is New Years Day and he will be 3.

Here he is wanting some of Sheldon's pizza.

Prayers

Please keep Crocker in your prayers. At 8:45 tonight, I had to take him to the Pediatric Urgent Care. He is breathing faster than normal and having coughing fits that cause vomiting. The doctor was pretty concerned and did a chest x-ray. The x-ray was clear and his oxygen level is okay. He was on the fence about whether to admit him into the hospital, but decided he was okay enough to come home. We are supposed to increase his fluid intake with water or pedialyte and give the nebulizer treatments as needed.
He thinks that Crocker has hit the wall where he is really bad before he starts getting better.

More Presents

We got more presents in the mail from my aunt and uncle and Max was so excited!!! Max got a blanket that is like a Snuggie and he LOVES it. He has been wearing it all day! He also got cars and he been playing cars. Crocker got a bear and a riding toy for when he is a little older. Sheldon and I got more parts to a Christmas village.

We really have not been doing much. Sheldon has been home, which has been really nice. He is at the doctor with Max. Max has been having really bad coughing fits, so we think he has bronchitis. Crocker is still having treatments every 4 hours during the day. He is doing better and I am so glad of that. I was really sick yesterday, but I am feeling a little better today. I think I had a 24 hour bug.

Merry Christmas

Max woke up about 7:15. We went in to get him. He was really excited to learn that Santa came while he was sleeping.

Crocker slept through all the present opening, but here he is this morning.

Max loved his kitchen. He has been playing with it all day.

He is really good at opening presents and was done in no time.

Here is all the loot.

Sheldon and Max went to watch Veggie Tales.

After nap, Max went in the garage to practice riding.

Then, he came in and we ate dinner.
