Avery's Christening

One of the highlights of this trip was being here when my baby niece was christened.
My mom was in charge of ironing all the kids clothes.
Avery's christening gown on the right was the one my sister and I wore. So that makes it even more special.

My boys were looking snazzy in their new outfits, so I tried to get a few pictures.

Nana and Grandpa with all the grandkids. Maybe in a few years, they will be able to get a picture where everyone is looking at the camera.

We got to church and Max and Ryne were happy to sit by each other.

Crocker was with his friend.

My aunt and I.

The boys were so excited to light the candles.

Little Avery wide awake during church.

We went to lunch afterwards and the little guest of honor slept throught the entire thing.

Surprise!!!

Over the weekend, we had a lot of family in town. We decided to have my dad a surprise party since half of the guests would be out of town on his birthday, which is in November.
My mom worked to get the times, guests, and food coordinated. My dad had no idea and was so surprised.

Crocker is still trying to walk. He is so unsure of himself and still has to hold on. Now, he is down to one finger though.
I look like a pro with these 3 kids. Sheldon and I just need a few more! haha

Max and Ryne were ready to eat.

My dad with his cake.

Our family minus Brent, Sheldon, and Avery.

Ryne really enjoyed his cake.

Aunt Sue, my dad's sister, with Avery.

The best part of the night for the big boys was riding with Granny.

My parents put all of the toys for the kids out on their sun porch. My dad bought the boys shirts that say Camp Oz. For his birthday, Sheldon and I gave him a sign for the porch that says Camp Oz.

We had such a fun time and were glad to celebrate with Grandpa O.

Fun Visitor

My dad's sister, Aunt Sue, flew in for Avery's christening.
She came over to see the boys when she got into town.

She was just in time to give Crocker a bottle.

She brought books and puzzles for the boys. Max was so excited and immediately began working his puzzle.

Crocker needed a little assistance with his.

We had such a good time visiting with her and hope to see her soon!

So Thankful

I am so lucky to have a hard working husband and be able to stay at home with the boys. We have so much fun and I am so thankful to be there for them.
We have had so much fun on vacation and will be sad to leave. We are packing up and the boys and I are anxious to see their daddy.

Ladies Who Lunch

We have been able to meet my mom for lunch a few times while we have been visiting. Usually Granny is with us and helps me entertain the boys until Nana arrives.

Max is so funny and loves to have the "shakes". He gets real still and then makes his head and arms shake really fast. It is so funny and makes me laugh everytime!

Sunglasses

Max loves sunglasses. He usually likes them a little too much and ends up breaking them. I found out that they have sunglasses at Sonic in their kids meals that you can buy. So we zipped by there today and the boys are thrilled.

Car Fun

Sheldon and I have been so blessed by 2 boys that are good travelers.
They usually sit with a space in between them. When we travel, I like to put them side by side. They can entertain each other and share snacks. It makes things so much easier on us!

Here is a prime example of Max entertaining Crocker. Too cute!

Pumpkin Patch

We all went to the Pumpkin Patch today. It was so fun and the boys all had a blast.

They had different displays to have your picture made by and we took full advantage of them.

All the boys rode in the wagon and loved every minute of it.

Granpda was the puller.

We found a lot of displays and took pictures. Every picture has maybe half of its participants looking at the camera. There was too many other fun things going on.

Each of the boys got a pumpkin. Max and Ryne picked theirs out and were so proud.

My little blue eyed boys.

Crocker was really fascinated by the pumpkins. He would just look each one over.

We loaded up the car with our pumpkins and Max and Grandpa took the wagon back.
