Surprise Visitor and Parties

Sheldon called on Thursday to tell me that he was being sent to Michigan for work. It is a lot of driving for him, but he was able to stop in TN for the weekend.

Crocker was so happy to see his BFF.


We went to a birthday party for my cousin, Carla, on Saturday. Sheldon was able to ride Crocker around on Granny's golf cart. He fits perfectly in the basket.



It was such a beautiful day and we spent a lot of time outside.

Avery did not want to have anything to do with me. I would have played with her all day long, but she cried when I would hold her. She loved Sheldon and sat with him a lot.


After the 1st birthday party, we had a surprise party for Sheldon. His birthday is later in the month, but everyone was together on Saturday.

He cannot ever look "normal" in a picture! ha


He will be 29!




Grandpa had swords at his house for all the boys to play with.

After all the parties, Sheldon and I snuck away for a date. He had just given the boys a bath and his shirt was a little wet. We saw Lincoln Lawyer and it was so good.


We hardly ever get to go to the movies, so we really treasured the time that we spent together that night. We had the best time and were so thankful to get to go.
