My appointment was Monday, so Sheldon took the day off to stay with the boys. I went to town early to go shopping and eat lunch. It was kinda nice not to have 3 car seats in the back of my car.

I went to Target and browsed around.

I ate lunch at Olive Garden and had my favorite soup.

I went into the appointment thinking I might be put on medication, but things took a different turn. They did an in house ultrasound and the doctor was concerned about one of the nodules. I ended up having a fine needle aspiration and the cells were sent off to determine if they are cancerous.
I have another appointment in a few weeks and we will get the results of the test and determine the best treatment plan.

We are optimistic and hopeful that everything will be fine. As for now, I have a lovely bruise on my neck.
