We had a weekend of nonstop family, fun, and food. We had a big party at the family farm and a reception in town for Gma and Gpa.
Grandpa Mark drove in Wednesday night and spent the day with us on Thursday. Crocker needed a little
Friday morning, we left for Kansas. The big boys were entertained with movies on the way.
Since Mark rode with us, I got to sit in the middle by Eli. I enjoyed sitting back and watching movies with M and C.
When we got into Kansas, we went to visit Gpa and Gma Hoesli. They recently moved from their farm into an apartment in town.
Friday night was spent visiting with family at the farm and staying up too late!
Saturday, the whole family (30+) met at the farm for a big dinner. Before the family came out, Sheldon and Mark took the boys back to an old cave.
Sheldon carved the boys names into the side of the rock.
The men shot clay pigeons.
Max was thrilled that he was old enough to go exploring with the big kids. We didn't see much of him.
This is the same picture as the one above, but I zoomed in so Max could be seen. He is in a red jacket.
Sunday, Max got in a little quality time with his gun. He is a pretty good shot.
Then we got ready and went to the reception. Crocker smuggled in his gun.
Monday morning, we got up early and said our goodbyes.
We had such a good weekend celebrating Gpa and Gma and the foundation they have built for our family.

Thank you Jenny for all the pictures. We enjoyed you all so much. Hope you can come again soon. Love, Gma
We have precious little handprints on our sliding glass door. Won't wash them off for a while. Gma
