Freezer Meals

I have slowly started making the meals to stock our freezer downstairs for when Crocker is born. We went yesterday and bought all the meat and supplies that I will need. It turned out to be alot cheaper than we thought it would be; probably because we bought all the meat in bulk. So far, I have made 4-5 meals of vegetable soup, 4 meals of meatballs, 3 meals of ham pockets, and 25 or so raspberry muffins (Sheldon brought home a flat of raspberries that someone brought to his work).
I am still going to make 2 lasagnas, 2 pork chop casseroles, 2 meals of enchiladas, a crock pot of chili (4-5 meals), breakfast burritos, 3 meals of chicken tacos, and 2meals of Mexican casserole.
If I have figured everything out right, we will have about 2.5 months of meals. I will be so glad when I am done and I am sure I will be even happier when I do not have to cook for 2-3 months.
