Poor baby! 1-800-237-0403
We lost a front baby tooth in a deal like this. Had to put in an artificial one to hold the space for the permanent tooth. Then the day before kindergarten pictures someone ran into her at the snack machine and knocked it out. Active children get lots of knocks and bangs!
