Belly Rubbing???

We went to run errands today. When we got home, I went to get Max out of his car seat. He had his shirt pulled up and asked me if he could rub his belly on the leaves. I had no clue what he was talking about, so I told him that sounded fun. He got out of the car and laid face down on the grass. I have never laughed so hard. By the time I got my camera out, he had flipped over and was rubbing his back on the grass.

He was so happy that I let him do this and thought it was so fun.

1st Words

Crocker has been talking for a few days now.

His 1st word was dada.
It was followed closely by mama.
He says mama much more, but that is probably because I practice it with him!

Funny Boy

Crocker is so active and so funny. He loves to play with the vacuum, trash can, and toilet (when the bathroom door is left open).
He is constantly on the move and so fun!

Date Night

Every once in a while, Sheldon will take us out to eat. Those are always my favorite nights. I enjoy the break from cooking and doing the dishes!
Over the weekend, we went to Logan's. We have only been there once before with the kids, but we are definitely going to be going more often.
Max was so good and he LOVED shelling all the peanuts. Sheldon showed him how to when we sat down and Max went to town on it. Sheldon did not even have to shell a peanut for himself anymore. It kept Max occupied and Sheldon and I felt like we were on a real date!

Latest Fashion

I particularly love this look.
He nicely pairs last years swim trunks with a safari church shirt.

Play Days

Max's friend came over today. He brought donut holes and chocolate milk. Max was in heaven! He usually does not like chocolate milk, but he loved it today. They enjoyed their treat and had such a good time playing. They play so well together and played for almost 3 hours.

Crocker is 1 step closer to walking. He stood up with out holding on to anything for a few seconds yesterday. He did it a couple of times.

Wild Man

Crocker is a wild man these days. He never sits in one place for long and is constantly moving. For him, being in the shopping cart is no exception to moving around. He sits nicely for awhile. Then, he starts wiggling and moving around.
