We had some new neighbors move in and they have a 4 year old little boy. He will go to school next year with Eli. We have had fun getting to know him and having playdates while the big boys are at school.

Friend Time
Over Christmas break, Max went back to Booker to spend time with his best friend. He had the best time and did not want to come home. Crocker and Eli were so excited to see their friends when we picked Max up. We went to the movies while Max was gone and the little boys were so happy.

Christmas 2015
We had a busy December. We saw Santa, had church programs and school programs, went to parties, and exchanged gifts. We usually travel at Christmas, but with my surgery we had to stick close to home. It was nice to spend several days together at home and get to enjoy each other. We played games, watched movies, and ate yummy snacks.
The boys each picked out presents for Sheldon. Eli was thrilled to find a shirt that would match him. He is always so so proud when Sheldon wears it.
Hysterectomy
On December 16, I had a hysterectomy. It has been a hard recovery. I am hoping that I am on the upswing now and will be back to normal soon. My mom came out to help us and we are so grateful to her. She cooked, took care of the kids, did laundry, and we would have not been able to make it without her.
We were so thankful for all the prayers, calls, and well wishes from all over. Our little town loved on us, kept us fed, and helped us wit the boys.
My dad came out after surgery to visit and celebrate an early Christmas. The kids were thrilled and we all had a great time.
Thanksgiving 2015
Hospital Visit
A week before Thanksgiving, Crocker woke up with a barking cough. I rushed him to the ER and he was diagnosed with croup. He had a breathing treatment and medicine. By the time we left, he felt a lot better. He was impressed with the coloring books and popsicles they gave him before he was released.
We are thankful that he didn't have to spend the night and we were there for a short stay!
