We have been in Kansas for the past week for Thanksgiving. While we were there, Mark gave me some pictures of Sheldon's homecoming that I had not seen.
Today at school we made Pilgram puppets. I gave the students a picture of a Pilgram and they had to color it and draw in a face. Here is one of my students Pilgram face.
For the past couple of months, Sheldon has been interviewing for a job with Schlumberger. He went to Oklahoma and then to Texas for a series of interviews. We found out yesterday that he was hired!!! We are moving to Midland, TX. We are really excited to start our new adventure!
Today, Sheldon came to school to talk about what it means to be a veteran and about the Army. He was such a good sport and wore full uniform. He quickly told me that today would be the last day he would ever wear it. He talked to the entire 1st grade, answered questions, and showed pictures/video clips. I am so lucky to have him!!!
I am very happily married to my wonderful husband Sheldon. I love my job as a stay at home mom to my 3 boys, Max, Crocker, and Eli.
