Happy Easter (a little early)

We decided to give Max sand toys for Easter. We are planning a trip to the beach tomorrow, so we gave him his Easter basket a little early.

Ice Cream

We went to Chick Fil A yesterday as a treat. We just went through the drive thru. Max went looking like this.

I will not even let you know what I was looking like. I am sure they thought I was a hot mess lovely looking mama.

Anyways. I got Max a kids meal and a sprite. I got a milkshake. When I started to drive off, I asked Max if he wanted his sprite. He said, "No way. I want ice cream." I gave it to him so he could have a drink. After a few seconds, I reached back for him to return it to me. He said, "No way. Mine." Needless to say, I did not get many sips of my milkshake.

Jump Crocker

Crocker spends a lot of his time on the floor. He is rolling and moving around all over the place. Max likes to lay down there with him and play.
This morning, Max was laying on the floor with Crocker. I was in the kitchen doing a few things. I heard, "jump Crocker" as I rounded the corner. I watched Max jump up and land on Crocker's belly. Crocker laid there a second, stunned. Then he started screaming.
Crocker seems fine now, so I am thankful.

I think Max is beginning his career in the WWF a little early.

Houston Zoo

We went to the zoo again today. It was so fun! We are so glad that we bought year passes last time. It has already paid for itself.
My camera died last visit, so I was able to take more pictures today.

Our 1st stop was the seals.

Then, onto the birds.

Next, we went to the children's zoo. They have a petting zoo.

Max wanted to ride the animal.

We had to stop at the carousel.

The favorite stop of the day was the elephants.

Crocker was happy to be at the zoo.

Our Day

Sheldon and Max washed the cars today. Crocker and I went outside to support them. Max had a blast playing in the water.

He came inside and took a nap. Then it was back outside to grill.

Brand New

Sheldon worked on my car today. He was able to fix it right up!

After
