Church

We love being able to go to church while we are in TN. We walk in and it just feels like home. Max was really ready to see his friend, Mr. Guy. I think Crocker made a new friend as well.

Date Night

Sheldon and I went on a date Saturday night. We had not been on a date since Crocker was born and that was 6 months ago! We went out to dinner with my parents. Then we went to get the kids and got them in bed. We went to Hobby Lobby, Lifeway, Target, and Books A Million. It really reminded me of dates before we had kids. We used to always go eat dinner and go to the bookstore and look around. I am so grateful for that little date. I need to find us a sitter in TX, so we can go on dates regularly.

Family Pictures

My dad took some pictures for us today. He took a lot and these are the 3 good ones. We obviously need to work on everyone looking at the camera.

Playdate

UB, KK, and Ryne came to visit again today.


Max and Ryne played balloons.


They helped me cook banana bread.

They acted like wheelbarrows with Uncle Sheldon and Grandpa.

They played airplanes.

Crocker even got in on the airplane fun.

Then, they dog piled Grandpa
.

They also had a tickle war with UB.

Sheldon and I really miss days like today. The hardest part of living in TX is being away from all of your family. We have had so much fun while we have been here and have really loved getting to spend so much time with family.

It is Ryne and KK.
The boys are so cute. They just hug and hug.



They quickly began playing, screaming, and running around.



Crocker had a little cuddle time with KK.

Ryne practiced for when sissy comes this summer.




Grandpa got out the flashlights and the fun really started.



They put on their new shirts.




They played in the car.



They ate supper, had a bath, and started getting tired.






Max and Ryne have so much fun together and we were so glad they drove up to see us.

Rough Night

We had a really bad last night. Max woke up 2 hours after he went to bed screaming and crying. I ran to get him, so he would not wake up Crocker. I got him and brought him out into the living room. He was still screaming and would not calm down. I do not know if he had a nightmare, was scared of the storms, or if his head was hurting from falling out of the chair.
I finally got him calmed down and tried to put him back in bed. He started screaming and would not lay down. So, I brought him to bed with me. He still would not lie down and just wanted me to hold him. Finally, he calmed down enough to lay back in the bed. With the help of some patting he fell asleep.
He had a fitful nights sleep and kicked me a couple of times. He woke up bright and EARLY and has acted okay today. I am hoping he will have a better night tonight.

Lunch Date

Today I went to meet my BFF from college for lunch. She had her little boy, Levi, and I just had Crocker. We had such a good visit and had a lot of fun catching up.
