Almost 19 weeks or Almost 20 weeks

Well, here is a picture of my growing belly. One doctor told me that I was a week ahead of what we originally thought. So, I am either almost 19 weeks or almost 20 weeks. Anyways, maybe the doctor today will be able to tell me for certain.
