Snowy Days

We have officially had our 1st snow day. We watched movies, made cookies, drank cocoa, and played.

I cut up a diaper box and drew roads on it. The boys drove and parked their cars for quite a while.

    Looks like they are enjoying it! One time I made a game for the grandkids called Ricky Road Race. A winding road to drive little cars on (on butcher paper with numbers, go back one, go forward 2, lose a turn, take another turn, etc.) I covered it with transparent contact paper. They played with it a lot. Think maybe I still have it.
